I built PPichardo Consulting because of people like you. I started my journey as a young developer who struggled to stop at the end of a delivered feature. Growing up in the manufacturing business, the need for efficient product lines, high-quality standards, clear operational procedures, and getting more throughput out of the same equipment were table topics at dinnertime. As soon as the first computer arrived at my house and my first programming class arrived at my school, I was delivering products to help people complete repeatable tasks fraught with tedium and prone to high frequency of errors.
I built PPichardo Consulting because of people like you. I started my journey as a young developer who struggled to stop at the end of a delivered feature. Specifically, I have spent my career helping people like you by partnering with them to understand the strengths and weaknesses of what has brought about the successes we enjoy today and the opportunities for success in the future, including categorizing and dissecting products, processes, and decision-making frameworks. From there, we work on identifying the biggest to smallest opportunities for improvement and sorting those that fit the paradigms and culture from those that don't.
